Your information on GeoProperty
Last updated: November 7, 2026
Property searches and saved properties
Address searches and map selections are sent to GeoProperty’s server to request Toronto public mapping records. Saved properties are kept in local browser storage on the device where you saved them. This release does not sync them to an account.
Professional introduction requests
If you submit the request form, GeoProperty stores the contact details, selected service category, property address (if supplied), message, consent record and submission time in its private database. The information is used to review and respond to your request. GeoProperty will obtain separate permission before sharing your contact details with a service provider. Requests are not automatically sent to providers in this release.
Lead records are purged after 365 days unless a legal or active-service need requires a different retention period. Please omit sensitive financial and identity information from messages.
External map services and public records
To display map tiles, your browser requests tiles from the configured map provider, which may receive technical connection information such as your IP address. Property data requests are relayed through GeoProperty to the City of Toronto or TRCA public GIS services. Review the linked source-provider terms for their own handling practices.
Your choices and contact
You can avoid submitting a request form. Ask GeoProperty to correct or delete a lead record using the privacy contact below. Saved-property entries can be removed through your browser’s site-data controls.
