Open publisher source ↗Contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence – Ontario.Toronto, York, Barrie, Niagara Falls and St. Catharines parcel boundaries are generalized mapping information and are not a survey. Niagara Falls source terms specifically warn about spatial inaccuracies and prohibit using its map layer to define legal parcel boundaries. Niagara Region address points cover the broader region, but most municipalities in Niagara do not yet have parcel outlines here. Peel address points do not provide parcel boundaries. Hamilton zoning polygons show mapped zoning areas; they do not provide parcel boundaries or a parcel-level zoning determination. Kawartha Lakes displays Ontario's historic geographic township and concession lot fabric, which is not current property parcel fabric. The Ontario-wide map does not provide property address search, parcel fabric or zoning across every municipality. Zoning maps do not replace the current municipal by-law, site-specific exceptions, permits, building-code review, measured drawings, title review or authority decisions. TRCA’s map is screening information and should be confirmed with TRCA. Current municipal zoning, permit and application coverage differs by area.
